Yoga at Glowing with the Flow is especially beneficial for mothers - through pregnancy, the postnatal months and parenthood years!

When we have children, we go through changes; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.  It's a natural period of transition and growth.   

Having been there myself and supported hundreds of women and families as an antenatal and postnatal teacher and doula, I am passionate about helping you find and experience a wonderful and supportive balance of mind, body and soul during these transitional years.


Specially adapted gentle yoga to suit each stage and taking individual bodies and circumstances into account, it's suitable for all levels of fitness, flexibility and experience,

Attend from 14-42 weeks, connect with your body, baby & other mums-to-be.  Relieve stress, tension, aches & pains & increase flexibility, strength & calm. Practise positions, breathing and mindfulness for birth with deep relaxation.  Includes herbal tea & chat.

Mum and Baby Yoga Bedford

Mother & Baby Yoga

For mums with babies 6 weeks - crawling.  Spend time relaxing with your baby and other mums.  Gently stretch out your body, promote healing, increase your flexibility and energy levels whilst returning to exercise safely.  Also includes baby massage, herbal tea, chat.

Mum and Toddler Yoga Bedford

Mother & Toddler Yoga

For mothers with mobile babies and toddlers up to the age of 2 years. This class focusses on you as the mother, to find some space to stretch, move, connect to your body and breath. Your baby can play, feed, sleep or join in as needed!

Nurture Wellbeing Yoga

For Mums-Only, currently held monthly on Sunday evenings, this class is like a mini-retreat evening, for those wanting to find some space to stretch, move, breathe and come back to themselves.

Join a circle of women to feel supported over a herbal tea and chat to start.

Quantum Flow with Pippa

Quantum Flow

Quantum Flow is a mind, body, soul practise which incorporates wonderful aspects of yoga, meditation, breath work, qi gong, reiki, core work and manifestation.  The aim is to embody positive changes on a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level, and achieve a feeling of bliss.

Childrens Yoga

Currently taught in private groups by Sarah Horton, drama and yoga teacher.  For children any age from 2 - 17 years, these specialist classes which include tools to reduce anxiety and promote resilience and kindness, and are adapted according to the children's age & ability,

 I started antenatal yoga with Pippa as soon as I was able to and absolutely loved it!   I am a natural pessimist so that combined with the woes of Dr Google and 2 earlier miscarriages meant I was quite anxious about this pregnancy.

Pippa’s friendly and calming demeanour, and the time at the end of the yoga to talk with the other mums over a chocolate bourbon and herbal tea really helped put my mind and body in a better place. 

I knew that once I had the baby I would be doing the Mum and baby classes with her as well! William loved the baby massage and so did I! It really helped us bond!  What’s lovely is also the network of other mums who have done the same antenatal journey with Pippa. - Sophie 

Pregnancy Yoga in Bedford

I’m so glad I tried this class [mum and movers yoga] as it’s one of my favourite parts of the week! As a very busy mum I really appreciate the hour dedicated to slowing down and spending time on the floor with my baby. As soon as we step into the cabin we both relax and unwind and have a lovely hour bonding with each other. Pippa seems to know exactly what stretch my body needs and gives such simple clear instructions. I will be sad when Phoebe grows too big for this class xx - Chloe

I cannot recommend Pippa and her classes enough.   I attended pregnancy yoga and now attend baby massage and yoga with my little girl.  The classes are such a safe and calming place to just be and take time for yourself and your baby.

The pregnancy yoga helped me through a traumatic birth and the baby massage and yoga give me really quality special time, and it's so great having Pippa and the other mums to chat to, too! - Natalie

I didn't realise how stiff and tense I was until I came along to the Mum and Baby yoga class!  It allowed me the time to stretch, breathe and relax that I so needed, while my baby slept peacefully next to me after his fun and calming massage. Pippa’s quantum flow classes are very calming yet powerful. She gently guides you through the techniques and I feel very supported and held by her even when watching a recording. I love The way I feel by the end of the class and the tingles in my body. I enjoy having a physical way to connect to my inner being as I spend the majority of the time in my head.
