Postnatal Yoga & Wellbeing classes are for mothers with babies from 6 weeks - crawling. They are very special, supportive sessions where you can stretch, breathe, massage and move your body whilst spending time with your baby in a relaxed, unhurried space. (Babies can sleep, feed or be held during the class, whatever is needed).
This is a combination of baby massage and movement, yoga for mums, support and wellbeing. What's included and the benefits?:
Return to exercise gradually and safely; taking the postnatal body into account - reconnect with your "new" body
Regain strength, flexibility and tone, ease aches and pains
Pelvic floor and core work and information
Practise relaxation techniques to help with the emotional ups and downs of motherhood
Unlike many other mum & baby classes, this is relaxing, not stimulating
Meet other mums and have a chat, with the added bonus of an experienced Doula taking the class.
Baby Massage and Movement/Baby Yoga - included in the classes, to help with baby's development, physical, mental and emotional, improving the bond between you.

mums & movers
For any mothers with babies and toddlers from crawling up to the age of 2, Mums & Movers Baby Yoga classes work slightly differently for the younger babies class. (There is no baby massage element - they are just too wriggly at this stage!)
Just an hour in duration, this class gives your busy baby or young toddler the opportunity to relax, play, snack or join in as they wish, whilst you get a specially tailored yoga class that fits around this stage of motherhood.
Relax, stretch, gently tone and move

Time to slow down be be mindful
Share support and information with others
Mindfulness and calm
Practise keeping connected with distractions around you!
Baby can join in, or just "be" in this relaxed environment

I’m so glad I tried this class [mum and movers yoga] as it’s one of my favourite parts of the week! As a very busy mum I really appreciate the hour dedicated to slowing down and spending time on the floor with my baby. As soon as we step into the cabin we both relax and unwind and have a lovely hour bonding with each other. Pippa seems to know exactly what stretch my body needs and gives such simple clear instructions. I will be sad when Phoebe grows too big for this class xx - Chloe
I didn't realise how stiff and tense I was until I came along to the Mum and Baby yoga class! It allowed me the time to stretch, breathe and relax that I so needed, while my baby slept peacefully next to me after his fun and calming massage.

I cannot recommend Pippa and her classes enough. I attended pregnancy yoga and now attend baby massage and yoga with my little girl. The classes are such a safe and calming place to just be and take time for yourself and your baby.

I have loved coming to mum & baby yoga, for the past 4 months it has been a place to relax, breathe, and talk in a safe space to other like minded moms.
